Who we are

WorkWorthly is operated by Krukita Group & Innovation Ventures, SSM 202603233312 (SA0657817-D). Contact support@krukitagroup.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address.
• Business profile: the name, business name, registration number, phone, address, bank details, logo and terms you enter.
• Client data: names and contact details you add to quotes and invoices.
• Financial records: documents, payments, expenses, receipt images and account tax inputs.
• Technical data: session cookies and hashed IP addresses to prevent abuse.

Pricing calculator inputs stay in your browser. It checks login and Pro access. The separate country tax planner does not send or save the income you enter.

Why we use it

To provide login, documents, reports and estimates, process subscriptions, send service emails and maintain security. We do not sell your data or send marketing emails without permission.

Service providers

• Cloudflare: hosting and databases; data may be stored outside Malaysia.
• Resend: login emails and notifications.
• Curlec: direct WorkWorthly subscription payments. We do not store your card details.

Your clients' data

You control the client information you enter; we process it on your behalf. Make sure you have a lawful basis to store it.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. After closure, data is deleted within 90 days except where law requires retention.

Your rights

Email support@krukitagroup.com to request access, corrections, a copy or deletion. You can export your cash book as CSV at any time.
