Terms & refund policy

1. Service

WorkWorthly provides pricing calculators, quotes, invoices, cash books, reports and tax estimates. It is operated by Krukita Group & Innovation Ventures, SSM 202603233312 (SA0657817-D). Features may change.

2. Professional advice

Pricing suggestions, reports and tax estimates are guides based on your inputs, not financial, accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for your prices, documents and tax filings. Consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser for important decisions.

3. Your account

Protect access to your email, which is used to log in. Do not use WorkWorthly for illegal activity, fraud or spam.

4. Subscriptions

New accounts get 14 days of Pro without a card. There is no automatic charge after the trial. If you do not subscribe, the account returns to Free and pricing results are locked.

Direct Pro plans are billed monthly or annually through Curlec and renew until cancelled. Cancel from the Subscription page at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Your first subscription payment is fully refundable if requested within 14 days by emailing support@krukitagroup.com. Later renewals are not refundable; cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

6. Data and content

Your data and documents remain yours. See our privacy notice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
